About Me

- "LOVE, LIFE AND LOYALTY"
- me in 6 words: fun, music, shoes, art, love, chill
Also, some food for thought: a concentration not only has a central visual theme but pushes a few choice art elements to focus and expand on. They want to see your development of a concept like rhythm or movement or what have you.
ReplyDeleteAJT is right, but artists have dealt with the theme of time, and there are some really cool examples by British artist David Hockney (see links) where he tries to show time/rhythm/movement by combining different viewpoints into a single image (even photo collage)!...your idea is really starting to intrigue me, we just need to strip it down to the aesthetic essentials...

Also, Marchel Duchamp's piece "nude descending the staircase" and anything by the Cubists (Picasso and Georges Braque). All of 'em deal with time, movement, point of view, rhythm, color, line, etc.
p.s. you should get a print of your self portrait at the top, it's pretty good...
