I sense that you're searching for work other than photos for the ol' portfolio- what about your "sneaker" self portrait, your cd album art, logo designs? I think you should try a "Hockneyesque" photo collage- take a bunch of pictures of something & photoshop 'em together in an interesting way or physically cut up some prints and mount them on matboard- remember "fractured planes" from Design and Draw??
